Your appointment at Lux Lashus is specially reserved for you. When a client cancels or reschedules an appointment without giving sufficient notice, they prevent another client from potentially being seen and waste the service provider's time. In the event of tardiness, that time will be deducted from the allotted time and service will continue to end on time as intended. Please contact Lux Lashus at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify of any changes or cancellations. Notifications given under 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost for the missed appointment. Your satisfaction with the products and services sold at Lux Lashus is important to us.  If you are not satisfied with any retail products purchased at Lux Lashus, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with a service you received at Lux Lashus, and if it is within our control, we are happy to provide you the opportunity to return to the salon to have it altered. Alterations are provided at no additional charge. We ask that you please contact us to schedule this within one (1) week of the original service date.

 

*Please arrive at the appointment on time with clean eyelashes as this will maximize extension retention. Cleansing is available, but time will be deducted from the appointment. Avoid consuming caffeinated products before the appointment to avoid excessive eye twitching.

Clients must return with at least 30% of extensions remaining in order to qualify for a touch-up. Touch-ups after 4 weeks will NOT be accepted.

Proper hygiene and aftercare maintenance are the clients' responsibility.*
